What does back ordered mean?

Back-order means we are waiting for this item from our suppliers. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific date of when we can expect the item. Your order will be placed in a queue and new stock is given to those with the earliest order dates. Normal lead times do not apply to back-ordered items. As soon as the item is in stock, we will change the status of the product.

Can I order vertical slats only?

This will be available in future but we are not able to supply slats only at this time.

How accurate are product images?

Our images have been digitally composed to allow you to visualise the finished look. While we take every effort to make the images as accurate as possible variations will always occur due to factors like, slight variations between fabric batches and the colour cast of your devices screen. It's always best to use the images as a guide and use our free sample service to see a physical product.

How do I clean my blinds?

Please see our Cleaning Guide for each blind type on our "Guides and Instructions" tab on the main page of the website.

What blinds would suit a bay window?

Blinds with a slim head rail suit bay windows to maximise window coverage. Venetian, pleated, and roman blinds would be our recommendation. The issue with blinds fitted at bay windows are the gaps between blinds when butting them up to each other. We recommend using blinds where the main part is as wide as the headrail. These would include 25mm Venetians, Pleated and Roman blinds.

How will I fit my blinds?

We supply the relevant brackets to fix individual blind types but we don’t include screws or rawl plugs, each installation is unique and requires different components for different windows.

What do I do if I measure incorrectly?

We offer a made to measure service and manufacture to your requirements, if you feel unsure regarding dimensions we can take a further 15% on receipt of payment to safeguard the order. This will result in any miss-measures being remade FOC.

Do you supply shutters?

Not at this time.

Which blind type will suit my room?

We are happy to offer advice, please call our customer service team number or contact us via email.

What can I order for patio doors or BiFold doors?

We recommend Vertical or Allusion Blinds if to fit into the recess of your opening. Perfect Fit Blinds for patio doors and INTU micro for BiFold doors, if fitting to the actual doors.

What does top fix and face fix mean?

Top fix is generally used inside a recess or when you want to attach the brackets to the TOP of a horizontal surface. Face fix is generally used when fitting blinds outside of a recess or directly to the FACE of a vertical surface.

Why would I choose PVC?

PVC is ideal for moist conditions and is durable and easy to clean. We would also recommend PVC for children’s bedrooms.

Can I visit a showroom?

We supply online only but please make the most of our free, easy to use sample service.

Do you have a measuring or fitting service?

We offer a supply only service, but if you have any measuring queries and can’t find the answer on our site, you can email us at or call on 0800 029 1678.

Will my blinds be child safe?

All of our blinds are child safe and comply with all safety regulations, please refer to our child safety page. Child safety is very important to us. We manufacture all our blinds to be child safe and supply you with the necessary child safety devices. Any supplied devices must be fitted to make your blind child safe.

Can I get a quote?

Do you price match?

If you have received a like for like quotation submitted by another supplier then please contact our customer service team to discuss.

How do I order samples?

Via our website or with our customer service team. We recommend using our free sample service to ensure you get the right product to suit your home.

How long will samples take?

We will send samples via royal mail so allow up to five days from receipt of order.

What payment methods do you accept?

SAGEPAY, PAYPAL, all major debit/credit cards or BACS payment should you require.

What is the lead time?

Standard blinds will be despatched within 5-7 working days.

Can I amend an order after its been placed?

Due to the nature of our business this isn’t always viable, we supply bespoke made to measure products and sometimes blinds will go in to production depending on the popularity of the blind, fabric or material. We can’t guarantee amendments can be made but we will do our upmost to try where possible.

Can I add to my order once I’ve placed it?

Once your order has been submitted new blinds can’t be added so a new purchase order will need to be raised.

What if my chosen fabric/material is out of stock?

We will update you if any products are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible but we are reliant on our suppliers notifying us of any issues.

Will my order be split if I order different products?

Where possible we will deliver split orders together but lead times vary on different blind types so you may get separate deliveries.

Who will deliver my order?


Do I need to be in for my delivery?

We will provide notification that your order has been despatched on a next day service, it will arrive between 9 am - 6 pm the following day and will require a signature for proof of delivery. Failing to do so could result in the courier taking the goods back to your local depot.

What do I do if my product is faulty or damaged?

Please contact our customer service team to discuss any faults or damages. We would strongly recommend you inform us as soon as possible. Especially if it is suspected carrier damage so we can claim and remake the blind FOC. Please be aware will always ask for photo’s to be sent via email.

I don’t like the colour or style of my blinds, can I have a refund?

We manufacture our blinds based on your specific requirements and don’t offer refunds on made to measure products that haven’t incurred carrier damage or are faulty. Please use our free sample service to ensure you get the right product to suit your home.

I have only received half of my order, what do I do?

If you have only received part of an order please get in touch and we will contact our courier.

What is your returns policy?

We supply made to measure blinds which are bespoke to our customers’ needs and requirements therefore we cannot resell any products returned to us. Contact our customer service team if you have any damages, faults or other issues with any products we have supplied.
