Returns Policy

Where possible we will always try to rectify any issues before it is escalated to a return status.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us, and we will refund you the full purchase price. Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
If an exchange is required then the price difference is settled, and postage & packing costs will be charged for the new item.

This guarantee does not include made to measure items.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received your returned items and they have been checked, a refund will be issued to you.
If the item is returned due to a change of mind, only the item cost will be refunded.

Please note:

We are not responsible for items being returned that arrive damaged or go missing due to your chosen couriers’ error.

Returns Procedure

  • Please contact us using support@yourblindsdirect.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Please return in suitable packaging to avoid damage.
  • Please write your order number clearly on the package you are returning.
